TDIS is engaged in independent research and development as well as industry-academia collaboration in three major directions: Sustainable Design, Smart Living, and Social Education. It continuously promotes interdisciplinary design scientific research and applications.  TDIS aims to discover new opportunities for Taiwan’s academia, industry, and society, find solutions for the coexistence of civilization development and sustainable natural environment.
